About TollAid

TollAid helps North Texas drivers deal with NTTA toll bills that have grown with late fees. You snap a photo of your bill, we read it and show you how much is tolls and how much is fees, and roughly what it could come down to. That part is free.

What you can buy

A one-time action kit for $24, built from your bill: step-by-step instructions, a phone script, and ready-to-send letters with your bill details already filled in. It's delivered online right after you pay. No account and no subscription. See pricing.

Your bill goes down, or you get your $24 back. Ask within 90 days of buying. Send an updated NTTA statement for the same bill, dated after you buy, and tell us what you did. If your balance didn't go down, we refund the full $24. How refunds work

Who we are

TollAid is run by Toby Ukoha, a sole proprietor doing business as TollAid, in Texas. We're an independent business. We're not part of NTTA or any government agency, and we don't contact NTTA for you: you send everything yourself.

Your data

Bill photos are stored privately and deleted automatically after 30 days. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see your full card number. Details are in our privacy policy.
