Terms of service
Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. What TollAid is
TollAid is a web app. You upload a photo of a North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) toll bill. We read it and show you a summary and a savings estimate. You can then buy a one-time action kit for $24. The kit has steps and letter templates based on your bill.
By using TollAid or buying a kit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. We're not a law firm
TollAid isn't a law firm. We don't give legal advice. Nobody at TollAid is your lawyer. Using TollAid doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. The kit is general information and templates. It isn't a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your situation. If you've been sued, have a court date or have been named a habitual violator, talk to a lawyer.
3. We're not NTTA
TollAid isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the North Texas Tollway Authority or any government agency. “NTTA,” “ZipCash” and other names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the bills we help with. We can't change your account, cancel tolls or make decisions for NTTA. Only NTTA can do that.
4. Estimates aren't guarantees
Any savings number we show is an estimate. It's based on what you confirmed from your bill and on public information. It isn't a promise. What you end up paying depends on NTTA, your account history and the facts of your case. We don't guarantee any result.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Upload only bills that are yours or that you're allowed to manage.
- Give accurate information.
- Check the numbers we read from your bill before you continue. Our reading can be wrong.
- Send letters and take steps yourself. Keep your own copies.
- Keep paying attention to the deadlines on your bills. Using TollAid doesn't pause or extend them.
6. Purchases and payment
The action kit costs $24 (USD), including any sales tax. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
You buy the kit from Toby Ukoha, doing business as TollAid. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, and we never see or store your full card number. Any sales tax that applies is worked out at checkout and is already included in the price. Questions about a payment? Email help@gettollaid.com.
7. Access to your kit
TollAid has no accounts or passwords. After you buy, we email a private link to the address you used at checkout. Anyone with that link can open your kit, so don't share it. If you lose it, you can get it again at gettollaid.com/recover, or email help@gettollaid.com from your purchase email. Kit links stay active for 24 months after purchase, including after a refund.
8. Refunds
The kit comes with a money-back guarantee: Your bill goes down, or you get your $24 back. We don't promise NTTA will lower your bill. We promise your money back if it doesn't go down, as long as you ask within 90 days and meet the conditions in our refund policy at gettollaid.com/refunds. Refunds aren't automatic.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use TollAid to:
- Upload someone else's bill without permission.
- Upload fake or altered bills.
- Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the kit or our site.
- Interfere with or try to break the service.
We can refuse service or cancel access if you break these rules.
10. Our content
The site, the app and the kit belong to TollAid. You can use your kit for your own bills. You can't resell it or share it publicly.
11. Disclaimer
TollAid is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TollAid isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. That includes late fees, tolls, court costs or vehicle-related costs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the kit.
13. Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. Any claim or legal action about TollAid or these terms goes to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date at the top when we do. If you keep using TollAid after a change, you accept the new terms.
