Our money-back guarantee: Your bill goes down, or you get your $24 back.
We can't promise NTTA will lower your bill. That's up to NTTA. What we promise is your money back if it doesn't go down, on the conditions below. Refunds aren't automatic. A person reviews each request.
How to ask for a refund
- Ask within 90 days of your purchase date. Use the "Ask for a refund" link on your kit page, or email help@gettollaid.com from the email you used at checkout.
- Upload an updated NTTA statement for the same bill you scanned. It has to be dated after you bought the kit.
- Tell us what happened when you followed the steps: what you sent, when you sent it and what response you got.
- If you called NTTA, you can add the call date or the reference number they gave you. It's optional, but it helps.
How we check a request
We read your updated statement the same way we read your original bill and compare the two: the same account or invoice numbers, the same plate, a date after you bought the kit, and a balance that didn't go down. A person makes every decision. Nothing is approved or denied automatically.
What happens next
- We review requests within 2 business days.
- If we approve it, we refund the full $24 to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
- If we deny it, we'll tell you why.
- Either way, your kit stays available to you.
When we may deny a refund
- The request came in more than 90 days after purchase.
- There's no updated statement, or it's dated before the purchase.
- The statement is for a different account, bill or vehicle than the one you scanned.
- The statement shows your balance went down.
- There's no description of the steps you took.
- The bill isn't yours, or it was altered.
Your other rights
Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law.
